Exchange and Return Policy

If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us first before submitting any request.

Exchange Conditions

  • The customer has the right to exchange the product with free shipping if the product is defective or does not match the specifications specified at the time of purchase.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • This includes cases of problems during shipping such as damaged packaging or spilled product.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products included in discounts and offers are not exchanged or returned, except in case of a product defect.

Cases of Non-Acceptance of Return or Exchange

  • The return request will not be accepted after 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • If the product has changed from its original condition for any reason.
  • When the product is used beyond the purpose of testing.
  • Products that were manufactured based on the customer's request according to pre-determined special specifications.
